Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of veritashall.com. Consulting engagements are additionally governed by the written engagement agreement signed before services begin. Where these terms and an engagement agreement conflict, the engagement agreement governs.

Who may use this site

This site is intended for parents, guardians, and students seeking educational consulting services. If you are under 18, please use the site and contact us with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

What we provide, and what we do not promise

Veritas Hall provides educational consulting, admissions advisory, tutoring, and test preparation services.

We do not guarantee:

• admission to any school, university, or programme;
• any particular standardised test score or score improvement;
• any scholarship, financial aid, or funding outcome;
• any internship, employment, or career result.

Admissions decisions are made solely by the institutions concerned, on the basis of factors that include many outside our influence and outside yours.

Academic integrity

Our work is coaching, strategy, and editorial guidance.

We will decline any request to do so, and persistent requests of that kind are grounds for us to end an engagement.

Students remain solely responsible for the accuracy and honesty of everything they submit to any institution.

Fees and payment

Prices shown on this site are indicative and may change. The fees, payment schedule, cancellation terms, and refund terms applicable to any engagement are set out in the engagement agreement you sign before services begin. Please read those terms before paying; we are glad to answer questions about them beforehand.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, descriptions of methodology, materials, and the Veritas Hall name and logo — is the property of Veritas Hall LLC.

Materials we provide to clients during an engagement are licensed for that student’s personal use only. They may not be copied for others, redistributed, resold, or shared outside the student’s household.

Acceptable use

You may not:

• scrape, crawl, or systematically extract content from this site;
• copy or reverse-engineer our materials or methodology for the purpose of offering competing services;
• use content from this site to train machine learning or artificial intelligence systems;
• misrepresent an affiliation with, or endorsement by, Veritas Hall.

Third-party links

This site links to resources we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of Veritas Hall LLC arising out of or relating to your use of this site or our services shall not exceed the fees you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including without limitation any admissions, scholarship, or career outcome.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising out of these terms or your use of this site shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in the State of Wyoming, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. Where mandatory consumer protection law in your place of residence affords you rights that cannot be waived, those rights are unaffected.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted here with a revised effective date.
